In accordance with the spirit of Document No. 8 of the Municipal Civilization Office [2012], the United States and the United States and meikeduo  groups of companies in combination with the actual situation of the enterprise, insisted on highlighting the five major efforts to grasp the three combinations, and solidly promote the "Five One" construction, and achieved good results.

Outstanding five major: First, the construction of moral lectures. The executive vice president serves as a teacher and organizes an event once a month. Activities include: sing patriotic songs, moral stories, knowledge of civilization. The second is to set up a Lei Feng volunteer service team. All employees of the company under the age of 35 were included in the volunteer team. At the same time, formulate the activity system, management system and activity files and ledgers. The third is to produce 20 pieces of ideological and moral public service advertisement billboards, which are posted and suspended in front of the company's offices, office building corridors, green areas and canteens. The fourth is to enrich and improve the company's website content, supplement the spiritual civilization construction section, disseminate information on spiritual civilization, and build a multi-faceted image of the United States. The fifth is to determine the objects of help. Five breeding households in Chenzhuang Village, Tiechang Town, will be provided with free breeding technology and knowledge for epidemic prevention, and will be given a certain subsidies for breeding sheds.

Pay close attention to three combinations: First, with the promotion of corporate culture. To create the enterprise spirit of “doing things with heart, treating people sincerely”, “righteousness, and civilizedness”, building core values, cultivating good ideological and professional ethics, and enhancing cohesion and execution. The second is combined with the promotion of corporate training. Utilize every Thursday afternoon to concentrate on teaching such as “Office etiquette” and “Code of Conduct” to improve the overall quality of employees. The third is combined with the promotion of business management. With the construction of spiritual civilization, we will promote the company’s project construction, product research and development, brand building, talent introduction and internal management, and achieve new breakthroughs in the various work of the USCO Group companies.
